Each item has different delivery times and they are specified on each product page before placing an order.
Generally, the delivery times are as follows:
- 18ct Gold: 7-10 working days
- 950 Platinum: 20 working days
- 925 Silver: 7 working days
Once all the production phases of your ring are finished, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will also find the tracking and the courier used. In most cases, you will receive your order the day after shipping (maximum within 48 hours).
In rare cases, it is possible that, despite the reliability of the couriers, deliveries may be delayed or problems may arise: in this case, contact us in Livechat or by email at info@infinity-london.com and we will be happy to help you.

We know how important it is for you to buy a piece of jewellery and, for this reason, all our shipments are insured for the full amount of your purchase.
Can I request faster shipping?
You can request faster shipping of your item by filling in the "Special Requests" box that you find on each product page: in this way we will receive the request together with your order. In the event that we are unable to meet the deadline, our Customer Service will contact you so that we can find a solution. What if I need next-day delivery?
In some cases we can guarantee extremely fast deliveries but please always contact us before placing an order.
Or, you can visit the "Ready to ship" section where you can find products ready for delivery.
Is the content of the package identifiable?
The package in which you will receive your item is completely anonymous and discreet and placed inside the packaging of the courier used.
Don't worry: your item will not be identifiable from the outside.
Can I request a change of shipping address?
Generally, shipping is carried out to the address indicated during registration. However, you can request a change of address by contacting us via email or Livechat before the order has been shipped. If you have already received the email with the shipping confirmation and you want to change the address, contact us and we will try to process the request. Remember that, in this case, since the delivery is scheduled in the following 24/48 hours, the courier may not be able to change the delivery address.
What if I am not at home or cannot answer the intercom?
In this case, the courier will schedule the delivery for the following day. If the delivery is unsuccessful on the second attempt, the shipment will be stored and you will only need to contact us and we will be happy to help you resolve the problem.
