30 DAY RETURN POLICY
When you shop with Infinity of London you are guaranteed a free return within 30 days of placing your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund or exchange.

Follow the simple steps below to return or exchange your product:

Contact us to start the process
If for any reason you would like to exchange a product or make a return, simply send us an email to info@infinity-london.com or via LiveChat or by filling out the form at the bottom of the page. Our Customer Service team will immediately start the return or exchange process and provide you with a Return (or Product Replacement) code.

Pack your product for shipping
Pack your purchased item and the original accompanying materials that were shipped with the item (including full invoice, valuation, gemological certificate, packaging) in a securely sealed shipping box.

Insure and ship your package
Insure and return your item to Infinity of London at:

To ensure the safety of your precious shipment, it is necessary not to write "Infinity of London" on the label or outside of the package or write its contents on the package.
We ask that you insure the item for the invoice price and request a return receipt to confirm delivery of your shipment to Infinity of London.

Once the return or exchange of the product has been accepted, the customer has 14 days to ship the product to Cadeau/Infinity David.

Products received after this date will not be accepted for return or exchange and will be sent back to the customer without issuing a refund (or without making the exchange).

We will not accept returns of items that are shipped without a Return (or Replacement) Code, improperly packaged or uninsured.***

Refunds
Once the return of the product has been accepted (or if the replacement product is of lower value than the original), Infinity of London will issue a refund within 10 working days.
The amount spent will be refunded, excluding the €25 engraving fee.
In addition, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Product Returns
Please note that failure to return the original gemological certificate will void the return and forfeit the right to a refund.

All returned items will be examined for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, setting or re-sizing that has occurred after the item was shipped to the customer. If Infinity of London, after the inspection phase, finds unauthorized modifications to the product or that the product has been used and shows signs of wear, the item will not be accepted as a return and will be sent back to the customer without issuing a refund. Furthermore, all items that have been shipped and subsequently resized will not be accepted for return and will not be subject to a refund but only to replacement.

If an item is accepted for return, Infinity of London will issue a full refund within 10 working days.

Product exchange
To obtain an exchange of a product, the procedure to follow is identical: once the Exchange Code has been obtained, the new items, well packaged and complete in every part - including the gemological certificate - must reach Cadeau/Infinity David within and no later than 14 days.

All returned items will be examined for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, setting. If Infinity of London, after the inspection phase, finds that the product has been altered without authorisation or that it has been used and shows signs of wear, the item will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without issuing an exchange for the product.

The value of the replacement item does not have to be the same as the value of the returned item: we will issue a refund or accept payment for the difference.

Cancelling your order
Once an order has started processing, it can be cancelled within 1 working day.
After this time, an order cannot be cancelled but can be returned within the 30 day return period for a refund or exchange of the product.

Special or made-to-order orders
Customised items or items made to a customer's design, or with non-standard ring sizes cannot be returned or cancelled or returned for an exchange: as they are specially made to order orders they cannot be resold.

In order to proceed with the production of a made to order order, a 30% deposit will be required which is non-refundable.
The full balance will be required when the product is ready for dispatch.

***Infinity of London is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments during the return or exchange process.

Engraved Products
All products on which an engraving has been requested can only be Returned for Exchange with another product.

The replacement product may be of equal and/or greater value (net of the cost of the engraving).
